唯醫生技股份有限公司是由國立陽明大學醫學工程研究所醫學影像資訊實驗室(朱唯勤教授領軍)技轉獨立出來的創新醫材設計公司，創業團隊含(業師顧問)包括一位教授、兩位主任級醫師、三位博士級研究員及四位碩士級研發人員，目前專注於將過去在陽明大學研發的三項專利技術商品化，目前已獲得台、中、日、美、歐等五地八項專利，還有一項醫材已通過美國FDA 510(K)認證許可。
WeMED Bio-Tech Inc. is an innovative medical device R&D company spin off from National Yang-Ming University, Taiwan. We started from clinical unmet needs, find the solutions for the problems they encountered, and design state-of-the-art medical devices to become the best assistant for surgeons. Currently, there 3 potential pipelines in WeMED Bio-Tech Inc.：
1. IntraMedullary Endo-Transilluminating Device (iMET)：
An innovative medical device that help orthopedic surgeons solving the distal screw hole targeting problem for intramedullary nailing operation.
2. Prenatal Diagnosis Risk Assessment Service (iScreen)：
A ML-based risk assessment calculation service for Chinese prenatal diagnosis.
3. Low Impedance bone cement injection solution (iKypho)：
An auto-regulated decompression device that helps to reduce cement leakage for Vertebroplasty or Kyphoplasty.
We have had 11 patents (US、EU、JP、CN and TW), 1 FDA 510k approval and several science articles published on world famous SCI journals.
